We endeavour to show all our current stock items on our website at all times, however if an item is sold out or there is a stock issue, the item will not show.
If there is a specific item you are looking for that you cannot find online, please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you.
ORDERS
Yes, you can order without creating an account however you will not be able to track your order or have access to your past orders.
You will also not be able to access exclusive discounts that are only offered to our Subscribers.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 12-24 hours of receiving them in our warehouse.
Should you decide to cancel within this timeframe kindly contact us as soon as possible. We will not always be able to cancel, particularly if the order has already been fulfilled, but we will do our best to assist you.
Once you have received your order and you wish to return it, kindly refer to our full Returns Policy for all the required information.
We process orders very quickly once they are received through our online store. We are therefore not always able to amend an order.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can possibly still make a change for you.
If your order has been dispatched you may need to accept the delivery and then process an exchange.
In any event, please contact us as soon as you become aware of the error.

Our credit card provider acts as a middleman between Hertex HAUS and your bank to process payment.

DELIVERY
We deliver across South Africa between 1-4 days for main centres and up to 7 days for remote areas.
Alternatively, items can be made available for collection from our DC in Stikland, Bellville.
We offer an impressive 4 hour* invoicing time frame, which means your order is invoiced through our DC in Stikland within 4 hours* of receipt of payment through our Online store. It is therefore not always possible to cancel your order as it is likely to already be dispatched.

Our DC fulfils orders within 4-8 hours of receipt, stock dependant.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
Deliveries take between 1 to 4 working days to Main Centres and up to 7 days to outlying areas.
Some remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Our delivery hours are between 8am and 5pm, unless otherwise arranged with you.
Standard delivery is free for all orders totalling R1,500 or more across South Africa.
All other orders carry a flat rate delivery charge of R150.
The cost of international deliveries is available upon request.

We will let you know a rough time frame for when your order is due to be delivered, either by email, Whatsapp message or phone call.
We will attempt to deliver to you a maximum of two times before we return the goods to our warehouse.
You will then be liable for a delivery charge should you wish to rearrange the delivery for a third time.
If you do not accept delivery of your order, it will be retained by us for a period of 8 weeks, whereafter your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded less any incurred delivery charges.
Yes, we do! Orders over R4,000 are shipped free. Please contact us for more info.
Despite our best efforts, mistakes and breakages do occur from time to time.
Should your order be incorrect in any way, or is an item is damaged, please let us know as soon as you discover the issue, and we will rectify this for you.

RETURNS
To return an order, login into your account here. Select your order and reason for return and we will follow up with a confirmation. Alternatively, email onlineorders@hertex.co.za with your return request and we will be in touch.
If you return your items through a courier you will receive a refund or exchange once your items have been received and passed a quality assessment at our warehouse. It can take 5-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.
