Cleaning Instructions: 

• Protect the fabric from heat.
• Do not use hot water to clean the seat; the temperature should be under 40°C.
• To clean the seat, first rinse with water, before cleaning with a detergent-to-water ratio of 1:5 and rinsing.
• For stubborn stains, use diluted bleach on a small area as a patch test before cleaning, then rinse. 
  
• Please note, the water repellency of the fabric may be slightly reduced after washing.

Delivery Times:

Our orders are shipped within 1 working Day! HAUS online deliveries take between 2 to 4 working days, between 8am and 5pm for main centres (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN) and up to 7 working days for regional and remote areas.

Please note that our larger Rugs or Furniture items may take slightly longer in transit.

Delivery Costs:

Standard delivery is free for all orders totalling R1,500 or more across South Africa.

Please note that outlying areas may incur a shipping delay and a surcharge. We will advise you accordingly prior to dispatching your order should any further
charges apply.

All other orders carry a flat rate delivery charge of R150.
